Not one to pass up the opportunity to make a fast buck, Freddy Laker would trade almost any aircraft that he could lay his hands on if there was a possibility that it could renovated, converted or scrapped for valuable parts that could then be sold on to the aviation industry. Needless to say, a good number of other types passed through the hangar doors of Aviation Traders, some of them going on to give years of reliable service with their new owners.
