Suffolk Air Taxis

Operated from Oct 1969 to Jan 1970

A rather curious name for this extremely short lived, Essex based company – Suffolk Air Taxis would operate just a single Cherokee aircraft for the few months that it was operational. The main role of this business was to offer pleasure flights and as the name suggested, executive taxi services. However by the end of the year, Suffolk had decided to upgrade their single engine aircraft to a twin and were seemingly destined to purchase Aztec G-ATAA however, the company was wound up before this actually occurred.
